D.B.V. International Shipping Product Returns/Refunds:

International customers can return their products within 7 days after delivery as follows:
Products that arrive damaged in transit must be returned unused in their original packaging with all labels and garment tags attached.
Products that are worn and damaged, stained or altered in any manner will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Products engraved with your name or initials cannot be returned unless the laser technician has misspelled your name, initials or selected the wrong monogram contrary to your online instructions.
Your order for Custom Bags or Accessories. These products cannot be returned/exchanged.
The exception would be products damaged in transit or materially defective.
Note: D.B.V. Is not responsible for taxes/tariffs ( if applicable ) charged by customs internationally without exceptions.
Please contact us by email email@example.com to begin the product return/exchange process by describing either the product damaged area i.e leather’s skin, shoulder straps or hardware etc.
We require you to provide a screen shot of the product.
After the review and approval of the product damage description and screen shot, we will email a UPS return mailing label.
Please mail all product returns to Diodio’s Bon Vivant, LLC 1074 West Taylor Street, Chicago Illinois 60607.
Note: D.B.V. Will not return/exchange products to a P.O. Box address.
If you are approved for a product exchange, the customer must provide a signature upon parcel delivery or visit your local UPS store for pickup.
All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, inquire with your bank account representative.
Also, contact your credit card company regarding your refund processing and posting status.
If your inquiry’s are unsuccessful, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an amicable resolution.
On Sale/Closeout items:
Only regular stocked products online may be refunded. On sale/Closeout products cannot be refunded.
The exception would be products damaged in transit or materially defective!
