DIODIOS provides secure delivery for each confirmed ALM. LUX. Handbag order.

Following order confirmation, each handbag and accompanying set components are reviewed prior to shipment to ensure the selected piece, packaging, and delivery details are properly aligned.

Once the order has been prepared for shipment, patrons receive tracking information for delivery visibility.

FEDEX U.S.A. DELIVERY

DIODIOS provides complimentary delivery within the United States through FedEx.

All U.S.A. deliveries require FedEx direct signature confirmation. Packages are not left unattended.

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for U.S.A. delivery.

If FedEx is unable to complete delivery because the patron is unavailable, the package may be held at an authorized FedEx location for patron pickup with valid identification, subject to FedEx policies and procedures.

If the address is incomplete, the shipment is refused, the package remains unclaimed after FedEx delivery attempts, or FedEx is otherwise unable to complete delivery under its policies, the shipment may be returned to DIODIOS.

Undeliverable or unclaimed U.S.A. shipments are reviewed by DIODIOS upon return before any further delivery, exchange, or refund determination is made.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a U.S.A. shipment must be reprocessed or resent due to incomplete address information, refusal, missed delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the authorized FedEx location.

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DIODIOS provides complimentary FedEx international shipping only to destinations approved by DIODIOS where secure FedEx international service is available.

Complimentary international shipping does not include applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or country/region charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

International delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier requirements, and local delivery conditions.

All international deliveries require FedEx direct signature confirmation. Packages are not released without the required signature.

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for international delivery.

If FedEx is unable to complete delivery because the patron is unavailable, the package may be held at an authorized FedEx location for patron pickup with valid identification, subject to FedEx international policies, local carrier requirements, customs procedures, and destination-country delivery rules.

If the address is incomplete, the shipment is refused, customs or carrier requirements are not satisfied, the package remains unclaimed after FedEx delivery attempts, or FedEx is otherwise unable to complete delivery under its policies, the shipment may be returned to DIODIOS.
