RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DIODIOS accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for return review, the handbag and accompanying set components must remain unused, unsoiled, unaltered, and in original condition.
All original DIODIOS tags, packaging materials, dust bag, leather bag pillow, and related set components must be returned with the handbag.
EXCHANGE TIMING
For U.S.A. patrons, eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
For international patrons, eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.
All exchange requests are subject to DIODIOS Concierge review, item condition, packaging review, FedEx return handling, and color SKU availability.
DIODIOS FULFILLMENT ERROR OR FEDEX TRANSIT DAMAGE
If DIODIOS sends an incorrect ALM. LUX. Handbag color SKU from a confirmed online order, DIODIOS will coordinate an exchange for the correct handbag.
If the handbag is damaged in transit via FedEx, patrons must submit screenshots of the damage with their request for exchange. All damage-related requests are subject to DIODIOS Concierge review.
The incorrect or damaged handbag must be returned with all tags, packaging materials, and related set components in unused, unsoiled, unaltered, and original condition, except where damage occurred during FedEx transit.
For both U.S.A. and international patrons, DIODIOS will provide FedEx return packaging at no cost upon the patron's arrival at the nearest authorized FedEx delivery location, subject to FedEx policies and procedures.
DIODIOS will provide return coordination instructions once the fulfillment error or FedEx transit damage has been reviewed and confirmed by the DIODIOS Concierge.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are subject to DIODIOS inspection before refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges may be reviewed by the DIODIOS Concierge based on availability, item condition, and the selected color SKU.
FedEx return coordination may be provided once a return or exchange has been authorized by DIODIOS.
FEDEX RETURN / UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENT REVIEW
For both U.S. domestic and international returns or exchanges, FedEx delivery and return procedures require accurate address information and direct signature handling where applicable.
If a returned, exchanged, or resent shipment becomes undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or delayed due to incomplete address information or patron unavailability, DIODIOS will review the shipment upon return before determining the next appropriate action.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a return, exchange, or resent shipment must be reprocessed due to incomplete address information, refusal, missed delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the authorized FedEx location.
