“DIODIOS“, Made In Italy: Product Return/Refund Policy
“DIODIOS“, Made In Italy Clients can return their products within 14 days after delivery as follows:
Products that arrive damaged in transit must be returned unused in their original packaging with all labels and garment tags attached.
Products that are worn and damaged, stained or altered in any manner will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Laser engraved products cannot be returned unless the technician has misspelled the name, initials or selected the wrong monogram contrary to your online instructions.
Your orders for special hardware such a as Gold ( 14k - 18k ) and 925 Sterling Silver customized for “DIODIOS“ Handbags cannot be returned/exchanged.
The exception would be damage to the product in transit or materially defective handbag.
Please describe either the product damaged area i.e leather’s skin, shoulder straps or hardware. We require you to provide a screen shot of the product/damage with your claim.
If you are approved for a product exchange, we will mail the FedEx Package to the Clients address of record.
Any refund credit ( If Applicable ) will be processed and credited to your registered payment method and applied within 7 to 10 business days.
Note: “DIODIOS“ will not Return/Exchange Products to a P.O. Box Address.
If the Clients is unavailable to receive the FedEx Package at your registered address on record, the package will be returned to the local FedEx Depot for pickup requiring State ID or Drivers License.
Note: “DIODIOS“, Made In Italy and Affiliates shall be held harmless for FedEx or any couriers local office packaged shipment return or pickup policies.
Note: “DIODIOS“, Is not responsible for taxes/tariffs ( if applicable ) charged by customs internationally without exceptions.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, contact the credit card account representative to ascertain processing and posting status. If your inquires are unsuccessful , please contact us at info@diodios-Italy.com
On Sale/Closeout items:
Only regular stocked products may be exchanged or refunded. On sale/Closeout products cannot be refunded.
The exception would be products damaged in transit or materially defective!
