Product Returns/Refund Policy

Clients can return their products within 14 days after delivery as follows:

Products that arrive materially defective/damaged in transit must be returned unused in their original packaging with all labels and product tags attached.

Products that are worn/handled and damaged, stained or altered in any manner will not be eligible for return/exchange.

Personalized “ Hot Stamped or In Kind Engraved Products “ cannot be returned unless the technician has misspelled the name, initials or selected the wrong monogram contrary to your online instructions.

Your custom hardware for precious metals such as Gold ( 14K - 18K ) and 925 Sterling Silver customized for “ DIODIOS “ Handbags cannot be returned/exchanged.

The exception would be damaged to the handbag in transit or materially defective.

Please describe briefly either the product damaged areas i.e handbags/accessories exterior or interior, shoulder straps or hardware etc. We require you to provide a screen shot emailed to our Client Services Department

Note: We do not return/exchange products to a P.O. Box Address.

The customer must provide a Valid Government Issued ID i.e. Driver License ,

State ID with Photograph upon delivery or the package will be returned to your local FedX depot for in person pickup.

Note: “ DIODIOS “ will be held harmless for any FedX policies or ID requirements for in person pick up.

If you are approved for a product exchange, we will mail the package to the clients address of record.

Your refund ( if applicable ) will be processed and a deposit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after Client Services has received your product return.

Note: “ DIODIOS, Made In Italy “ will be held harmless for taxes/tariffs,

( if applicable ) charged by customs internationally without exceptions.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund on your credit card, contact the companies account representative regarding the processing and posting status.

If your efforts are unsuccessful, please email info@diodios - with your contact number/email request to make inquiry regarding your refund. 


On Sale/Closeout items: 

Only newly stocked products may be exchanged or refunded.

On Sale/Closeout products cannot be refunded. 

The exception would be products damaged in transit or materially defective.
