Custom Handmade Bags are made from Italian Leather Vegetable Tanned exclusively.
Leather is a living and natural material. A well treated leather product can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product’s life, we advise you to waterproof it with a product adapted to your bag’s leather.
Prolonged exposure over time to light sources ( sun or artificial light ) may alter the color of the leather over time.
We advise you to place your product in the packaging dust bag for preservation.
For better results, we also recommend that you stuff your bag with paper to keep it’s original shape. Close zips and avoid damp areas.
This is strongly advised especially for suede products.
If you intend to waterproof your bag, take the time to carefully choose a compatible product.
Note: Ask your local shoe shine establishment their recommendations.
Remember, even for waterproof leather, preferably do not expose the product to rainy whether.
We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in these situations, however use common sense and enjoy the day worry free!
Therefore when possible avoid extreme heat, humidity and rain.
Commonly, small bubbles appear on the leather and this will fade away naturally over time.

Diodio’s Bon Vivant, LLC customers can return their products within 7 days after delivery as follows:
Products that arrive damaged in transit mu
Products engraved with your name or initials cannot be retu
After your online order for ( Custom Bags or Accessories ). These products cannot be returned/exchanged.
The exception would be products damaged in transit or materially defective.
Please contact us by email info@diodios.com to begin the product return/exchange process by describing either the product damaged area i.e leather’s skin, shoulder straps or hardware. We require you to provide a screen shot of the product with your email.
Note: D.B.V. Will not return/exchange products to a P.O. Box address.
The customer must provide a signature upon delivery or your package will be returned to a local UPS store for pickup.
Afterwards, we generate a UPS mailing label emailed to the customer for product returns to Diodio’s Bon Vivant, LLC 1074 West Taylor Street, Chicago Illinois 60607.

If you are approved, then your product return/refund ( if applicable ) will be processed and a deposit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank account representative.
Also, contact your credit card company regarding the refund processing and posting status.
On Sale/Closeout items:
Only regular stocked products may be refunded. On sale/Closeout products cannot be refunded.

Yes, select your Font, Name or Initials and we monogram the leather bag by laser upon customer approval at checkout.

Products that arrive damaged in transit must be returned unused in their original packaging with all labels and garment tags attached.
Products that are worn and damaged, stained or altered in any manner will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Laser engraved products cannot be returned unless the technician has misspelled the name, initials or selected the wrong monogram contrary to your online instructions.
